This role works closely with the nursing leadership team to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and supports the overall health, safety, and well-being of our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily nursing activities and nursing personnel assigned to the unitEnsure quality resident care is provided in accordance with individualized care plansMonitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionalsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standardsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team membersSupport and mentor nursing assistants and other direct care staffAssist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining excellence in resident careQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nursing Program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing programCurrent, active, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practiceMinimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferredStrong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsCommitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered careAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
