Director, R&D Information Systems

Responsibilities
- Define and oversee clinical operational data and analytics strategy across clinical systems platforms
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple concurrent projects spanning multiple business areas
- Lead and develop high-performing organization including direct people leaders and team recruitment
- Shape short and long-range clinical systems strategies and infrastructure plans
- Ensure on-time, high-quality, within-budget delivery of technical roadmap with strong governance
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience managing multiple concurrent projects and technical teams
- Deep expertise in clinical systems, data architecture, and analytics solutions
- Demonstrated experience with GxP validation, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks
- People leadership background recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Technical knowledge of enterprise platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Medidata) or similar clinical systems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Program governance, budget management, and risk mitigation experience
