Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, identifying their needs and developing a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client's goals.
• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, using adaptable techniques to suit diverse client situations.
• Regularly monitor client progress, conducting follow-up assessments and modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork, participating in case conferences with other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care efforts.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
