About the Role
The Company is seeking a Manager, Chief of Staff to join their Corporate Technology Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end operating backbone for the business, customer, and internal users. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, extending leadership capacity, and driving organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into executable plans, ensuring disciplined delivery across initiatives, and acting as the central point of integration to maintain alignment and transparency. The role demands a highly driven individual with exceptional communication, business judgment, and critical thinking skills, who can operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion in an executive-level environment. The ideal candidate for the Manager, Chief of Staff position at the company will have a proven track record of operating at pace in complex, cross-functional environments, and a strong ability to influence and build alignment across stakeholders.
