Overview Job Type: Per Required Need. Work Location: Market - SS - NC - Asheville. Retail Display Installer – Technology. Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average; Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; Weekends not required. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. Key Responsibilities Respond to and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Plan and schedule your hours and locations week to week, including occasional weekends; some early morning hours and/or holidays may be required based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Follow all directives and execute tasks fully and completely. Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies. Qualifications Age 18 or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Climb a ladder up to 10 feet and safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle and grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use a smartphone for clocking, photo capture, and application use. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail or merchandising experience preferred; not mandatory. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives. Own an Android or Apple mobile device and use various communication platforms and applications. Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Superior leadership and professional communication skills. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $16.50 per hour.
