Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is integral in ensuring efficiency, quality control, and safety in the warehouse/shipping department. This position can require late hours and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Making sure supervisors are guiding the staff and all tasks needed are being completed accurately and on time.
Create training documents to train new employees and coach current employees.
Update freezer trailer spreadsheets to track locations and maintenance requirements.
Daily Inventory Count or Spot Checks, entered into a Google Sheet.
Work with the freight team to ensure trailers being shipped out are up to date on all maintenance before going on the road.
Being on call for any issues that could arise with walk-in freezers, overnights and weekends.
Step in and assist team members during short-staffed shifts to maintain productivity.
Enter daily deliveries into SAP database.

Requirements:

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
Punctual and reliable.
Must have a valid drivers license.
At least two years of management experience?
At least five years of warehouse experience?
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills.
Forklift Experience
Knowledge of Google Sheets and SAP Business One, a plus.
Bilingual, a plus
