PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support a special project in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and identify any operational issues.
- Perform basic quality inspections of finished products.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production documentation as required.
- Support special project activities and additional operational needs.
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Dependable and safety-focused.
- Comfortable operating machinery in a production environment.
- Able to learn new processes quickly.

Pay Details: $1.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
