This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Sunnyvale, CA.In this job, you will be:Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting PO documentation throughout procurement processUnderstanding the breadth of the supply chain management scope (including materials management, procurement, subcontracts, material finance, and supplier management team)Understanding and supporting Earned Value Management reporting tasksDefining and developing material strategyAnalyzing lead times and identifying critical path procurementsMaking sound decisions in a timely manner, displaying strong interpersonal skills, and having an agile mindsetResponsible for the assessment of supply resourcesUnderstanding material cost variances and determining root causes and corrective actions for the variancesAssisting, coordinating, and executing monthly material forecast planning and trackingAnalyzing material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) toolsEvaluating suppliers, addressing supplier capacity and/or production issues, and noting key performance indicatorsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of supply chain, material planning, general business, finance, or closely related experienceExperience with customer service and demand flowUS Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience working Production ProgramsExperience with cost accounting management (CAM)Currently have an active DoD security clearancePrimary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
