Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – OB/GYN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite | Rotating every 3 weeks, typically every third weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Postpartum, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery settings
• Maintain 1:1 staffing ratio for Labor patients and 1:3 ratio for Couplets Postpartum/Nursery
• Utilize electronic health record and medication dispensing systems including EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX
• Rotate across unit assignments on a scheduled basis with weekend rotation approximately every third weekend
• Float to Med-Surg unit as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in both Postpartum/Nursery and Labor and Delivery required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Med-Surg unit float experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX systems
