Merchant Services Support Specialist

Commerce Bank is seeking an Electronic Services Specialist - Merchant to provide operational support for merchant services, handle inquiries, and maintain merchant accounts. You’ll assist with merchant setup, maintenance, and ensure high service levels for internal and external partners. The role requires an associate degree, at least 1 year in financial operations, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule (2 in-office days per week).
