Customer Service Representative

Location: Buford, GA
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We're looking for a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative who excels at communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently handle a high volume of calls and emails while delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
• Resolve customer concerns while providing an exceptional customer experience
• De-escalate difficult conversations with empathy and effective communication
• Provide updates on repair status, shipping information, and order progress
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal departments to resolve issues
• Accurately document customer interactions within company systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain knowledge of company services, warranty policies, and shipping procedures
• Provide customer feedback to help improve processes and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• SAP experience is a plus but not required
