Exterior Sales Consultant / Project Estimator

Location: Maryland, PA, DE territory

In this consultative sales role, you will meet directly with residential homeowners and commercial clients (property managers, custom builders, and HOAs) to design tailored exterior solutions that protect their properties. What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site property evaluations, take measurements, inspect exterior drainage systems, and educate property owners on customized protection solutions.

• Receive qualified warm inbound leads from a centralized call center, while actively prospecting, networking, and following up to drive self-generated residential and B2B business.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with local custom builders, property management firms, HOAs, and general contractors for repeat and portfolio work.

• Prepare and deliver clear, professional, same-day proposals using modern digital quoting tools.

• Manage your opportunity pipeline within our CRM to consistently turn proposals into closed projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of successful sales, in-home consulting, or customer-facing home improvement experience (commercial B2B sales experience is a plus).

• Consultative, value-first mindsetcapable of diagnosing problems, educating property owners without high-pressure tactics, and closing deals with integrity.

• Comfortable taking field measurements and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong pipeline management, organization, and disciplined follow-through habits.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Reliable personal transportation for daily regional customer appointments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
