• Maintain thorough records and documentation of specimen collection and patient interactions.
• Explain procedures to patients, fostering a comfortable and trusting environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, performing duties efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Adhere to safety policies and dress code, ensuring a professional and secure environment.
• Travel and provide flexible hours to cover multiple locations, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Handle multiple priorities confidently, maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collection techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors.
• Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks.

Additional Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical assistant or paramedic training highly valued.
• Minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Experience working in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
