Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within outpatient pediatric facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric outpatients.
• Work independently to evaluate and treat patients.
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics strongly preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapy License in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
