Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit supporting an average daily census of 50 across a 63-bed department
• Collaborate with a team of approximately 30 physicians to deliver safe, high-quality obstetric care
• Monitor and interpret fetal monitoring data to assess maternal and fetal well-being
• Care for premature and high-risk infants as part of a Level 2 Trauma-designated facility
• Maintain active certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Active NRP certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Active driver's license required at time of submission
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery setting
• Experience caring for premature or high-risk neonatal patients
