- Safely operate Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts for order picking.
- Meet productivity goals of 11 lines per hour, with a gradual ramp-up period.
- Assist with unloading inbound trailers, breaking down pallets, and organizing products.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with company policies.
- Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to work in both ambient (75°F) and chilled (40°F) environments.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience with high-reach forklifts.
- Proven track record of reliability and consistent attendance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
