Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required
• Experience in school-based settings highly desirable
• Ability to deliver both direct and indirect SLP services, tailored to individual student needs
• Team-oriented approach with outstanding communication skills and willingness to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to align goals and interventions
• Offer advisory input for student support teams and participate in team meetings
• Maintain detailed and timely records, including IEP reports, therapy notes, and compliance documentation
