Job Title: Auto Body Technician / Collision Repair Tech

Location: East Walpole
Job Type: Flexible schedule to be discussed further at interview
Salary: Contingent on experience. We pay a weekly salary and flat rate monthly profit-sharing bonus.

Top Pay & Bonus: Competitive hourly and flat rate bonus based on experience. Flat rate is calculated monthly with insurance estimates provide. Salary paid weekly and Flat Rate Bonus paid monthly.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team to perform full-cycle collision repairs. You will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Damage Repair: Repair, replace, and adjust damaged body parts (fenders, doors, hoods, etc.).
Structural Repair: Perform frame, unibody, and alignment repairs to factory specifications.
Technical Skills: Utilize welding (MIG), soldering, cutting, and grinding tools.
Preparation: Prep panels for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
Communication: Work with estimators and parts associates to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional auto body experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and understand repair orders and manuals.
Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.
I-CAR training is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
