Salary: Contingent on experience. We pay a weekly salary and flat rate monthly profit-sharing bonus.

We are on many DRP programs and always have a steady flow of work. We pride ourselves on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, focusing on safety and precision.
- Top Pay & Bonus: Competitive hourly and flat rate bonus based on experience. Flat rate is calculated monthly with insurance estimates provide. Salary paid weekly and Flat Rate Bonus paid monthly.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team to perform full-cycle collision repairs. You will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Damage Repair: Repair, replace, and adjust damaged body parts (fenders, doors, hoods, etc.).
- Structural Repair: Perform frame, unibody, and alignment repairs to factory specifications.
- Technical Skills: Utilize welding (MIG), soldering, cutting, and grinding tools.
- Preparation: Prep panels for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Communication: Work with estimators and parts associates to ensure timely repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional auto body experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and understand repair orders and manuals.
- Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.
- I-CAR training is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
