We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paraplanner to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our wealth managers and processors, specializing in trusts, wills, and other estate planning documentation. You will play a key role in client service, communicating with clients, addressing questions, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the estate planning process. What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Wealth Manager to assist in estate planning write-ups and prepare relevant documentation Review, organize, and deliver trust and will documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm procedures Work closely with the Wealth Manager to facilitate client meetings, document preparation, and follow-up communication Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and complete Support processing new applications Prepare for client meetings by organizing necessary materials, reports, and analyses Gather, organize, and input client data into CRM (Salesforce) Receive incoming client service requests and execute accordingly Successfully juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, especially when dynamic needs of clients arise Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures What We're Looking For: High School Diploma 2+ years’ experience Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working in Microsoft Office Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Collaborative team player willing to assist others Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance Shows initiative by taking proactive steps to solve problems and improve processes Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters Bonus Points: Notary preferred or willing to obtain What You'll Get: $65k - $72k/year based on experience + bonus potential Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k plan with VOYA with up to 5% employer match Profit sharing Employer paid $50k life insurance policy PTO and 10 paid holidays Annual trip and fun firm sponsored activities Schedule: In office: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday's 8:00am - 1:00pm Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
