Facilities Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO, for a Facilities Specialist who performs a variety of facility maintenance functions including building/facility maintenance, repair, replacement, and warehouse duties on structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems and related equipment and machinery. The role includes analyzing maintenance repair requests, identifying problems, implementing solutions, coordinating vendors and contractors, completing preventative maintenance, managing inventory of spare parts, keeping records, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
