Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730-$1,820 Setting: Emergency Department Location: Laurinburg, NC 28352 Start Date: 9/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Shifts Per Week: 3 Shift Duration: 12 hours Hours Per Week: 36 Weekend Coverage: Required Orientation: 36 hours Patient Ratio: 4:1 Charting System: Epic Job Requirements Active North Carolina or compact RN license required at time of submission ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS required TNCC and CPI preferred At least 1 year of Emergency Room experience required; 3 years preferred Previous community hospital experience required Epic experience strongly preferred and required for ER Ability to care for patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills Two professional references completed within the last two years, preferably from supervisory roles Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy, high-acuity Emergency Department Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization for patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments according to protocols and provider orders Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition Support care for a wide range of emergency cases, including respiratory distress, stroke symptoms, trauma, psych concerns, and other acute presentations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, efficient patient care Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic Float within the hospital as needed and maintain flexibility in a dynamic care environment Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and excellent bedside communication Apply now for this ER Registered Nurse travel job in Laurinburg, NC and join a dedicated healthcare team today.
