Key sectors include specialty finance, net leases, structured products, and cash flow streams. The strategy offers a broad range of sub-strategies in three main formats: pure play, customized, and flagship funds — designed to be both client-focused and solutions-based.Ares Management is guided by its core values — Collaborative, Responsible, Entrepreneurial, Self-Aware, Trustworthy — and a purpose to be a catalyst for shared prosperity. The firm has committed to donating between 5% and 10% of carried interest earned within certain strategies to global health and education charities, and has launched the Promote Giving initiative to encourage other managers to do the same.The Principal will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and managing asset-backed credit investments across the spectrum from liquid to illiquid. The position requires deep credit expertise and comfort with complex structured product environments.Ares Management manages over $450 billion in AUM across credit, private equity, real assets, and secondaries strategies, operating through a globally integrated investment platform with offices worldwide.Apply for this Position
