Job Description Job ID: 14169 Practice Details Seeking BE/BC family medicine or internal medicine/peds physician to join our urgent care plus practices in Louisville. KY. Each opportunity will allow you to explore the professional advantages of being part of a leading academic health system. Shifts are 12 hour and require evenings, 8am to 8pm. 3 shifts a week (156 a year) can work more if desired. There is a weekend rotation requirement. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates committed to teamwork, communication, empowerment and quality of care. The ideal candidate would provide standard care for patients of all ages. Possess knowledge to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Should have knowledge of EMR system. Familiarity with EPIC preferred; however, onsite EMR training will be provided. Have excellent judgment and discretion, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines. Be a team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced, customer-service driven environment. Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
