Job Description Support brand excellence by leading, coaching and training franchisees in all aspects of business Protect integrity of the brand by teaching and measuring performance in areas including but not limited to customer service, product knowledge, construction process and procedures Commit to brand success by being a strong business coach in all areas of sales, profitability, and brand standards Monitor and ensure accountability for all aspects of operations and pool building process Enforce brand compliance in all standard operating procedures Train and support franchisees with technical questions, and software Remain actively involved in any location that is inconsistent with the company vision or expectations Drive profitability at corporate through direct management of strategic initiatives Utilize and respond to corporate office support team and resources to drive results daily Ensure operational standards are followed in each location Practice clear and effective communication with franchisees being able to effectively support them and direct them to profitability. Understanding COGS and P&L data to develop monthly/weekly plans to achieve sales goals and control costs This position will require some travel.
