Speech Pathology - Sunnyvale, CA

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in California
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary grades
• Assess, diagnose, and write comprehensive evaluation reports for students with speech/language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
