Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for a passionate and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our leadership team in Reston, VA.
Inspired by the vibrant flavors and energy of Peru, Pisco y Nazca delivers bold cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and an upbeat dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We’re seeking a hospitality-driven leader who thrives on the floor, develops strong teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
✨What We Offer:
• Competitive Salary: $62K–$68K + Bonus
• $100 Monthly Dining Credit across all CRG concepts
• 3 Weeks + 4 Days PTO + Paid Sick Days & Holidays

• Managers scheduled for 50 hours/week and compensated if additional time is required
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• High-volume, full-service restaurant background preferred
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Hands-on operational mindset
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Open availability
