Concrete Laborer

Qualified candidates must train at our Columbus location prior to transitioning to the Dayton branch. Said training could take up to 45 days, depending on experience, and those candidates with a valid DL and clean driving record could earn an additional $1/hour AND a $500 Bonus! As a Concrete Laborer, your primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a team to construct quality residential foundations all around Ohio. Additional duties include: Loading & unloading metal wall forming panels, tools, and other material Installing wall panels to create concrete forms according to specs Using various types of hand and power tools to connect/disconnect panels Using measuring tape to ensure proper installation of wall panels Assisting pump operators with pouring concrete into installed forms Spreading, vibrating, and finishing freshly poured concrete Stripping & removing wall panels from finished concrete surfaces Securing tools and ensuring jobsite remains clean & organized at all times Performing additional labor-related duties assigned by crew leaders Pay Rate: Up to $24 Per Hour (w/ potential raise at 90 days) Driver Bonus: $500 Bonus for candidates with valid DL & clean driving record!
