Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and skill development. **As a special consideration with this position, we are pleased to offer a Sign-On Bonus of $1,000** A little about the position: Job Summary The Outfitter position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to do small repairs, as well installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other products on the fiberglass pool. Some of What You Will Do: Read and understand production orders. Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations. Trim and grind flanges. Accurately read a tape measure. Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP’s. Perform patching and repairs. Tile and set inlays. Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair. Maintain a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) Experience using various hand and power tools Ability to read diagrams, work instructions, and production orders Experience in tiling, plumbing, or pool manufacturing preferred Ability to understand written and verbal directions Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, and overhead work Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds Flexibility to work overtime, including some weekends, as needed and fluctuations in start and ending times for shifts Commitment to working safely and wearing required PPE Why Join Latham?
