• Shift: 12-hour shifts (combination of day and night), with some on-call duties

• License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma, Neonatal certification preferred
• Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric care experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide high-quality neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Perform assessments and deliver advanced neonatal care to newborns and their families
• Participate in on-call duties from home
• Assist with neonatal stabilization, procedures, and care planning
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation using hospital EMR systems
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in neonatal care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification highly preferred
• Previous experience in neonatal or pediatric settings
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
• Certification in Neonatal or related specialty
