Quick Facts:

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Start Date: 04/28/2026
• Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
• Shift: 12 shifts/month, includes 12-hour and 24-hour shifts; on-call from home
• Hours/week: Flexible, approximately 18 days off/month
• Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time
• License/Certs: Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license; CPR and other applicable certifications
• Experience: Preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus comprehensive benefits)

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Provide hands-on neonatal and newborn assessments, treatments, and care planning
• Assist with patient monitoring and management within NICU units
• Support family education and communication regarding neonatal health
• Participate in on-call rotations from home
• Contribute to care continuity and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
• Experience in neonatal or pediatric care preferred
• Strong clinical skills, compassionate approach, and ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying shift schedules
