Job Description

Join a large data center construction project as a Carpenter. You will work on basic carpentry, temporary containment set up, general labor duties, and deliver high-quality structural work on a high-profile site.

Responsibilities

• Basic carpentry duties across framing, temporary containment, and general site labor duties.
• Set up, adjust, and remove plywood formwork safely and efficiently.
• Interpret and follow construction plans, blueprints, and layout instructions for concrete structures.
• Coordinate daily tasks within a crew environment ranging from 5 to 30 workers, supporting efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all site safety rules and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and protect completed work from damage.
• Communicate effectively with onsite supervision and crew members regarding progress, issues, and needs.
• Work extended hours and overtime as required by the project schedule.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Safety certifications are preferred but not required.
• Previous experience on data center or large commercial building projects is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively within crews ranging from 5 to 30 people.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with onsite supervision and team members.
• Reliability and punctuality for a schedule that includes extensive overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
