• Experienced and collaborative team. Join a practice with five family physicians, two advanced practice providers (APPs), and dedicated clinical and administrative support, including medical assistants, patient service representatives and an office manager.

Practice Hours

Mon-Tues. - 8-5 pm
Wed. - Closed
Thurs. -  8-5 pm
Fri. -  8-4 pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for an unrestricted Ohio medical license
• Third-year residents are encouraged to apply
