About the Role: As an EP Clinical Specialist or Mapping Specialist, would you be open to stepping into a true early-stage PFA platform rollout? You’ve built your experience supporting complex ablation cases, working alongside leading EPs, and operating at a high level inside the lab. But what if you could take that experience and apply it to something fundamentally different? How would you like to be part of one of the most important technology shifts in electrophysiology, helping drive adoption of a next-generation pulsed field ablation system at the ground level? A platform designed to deliver a differentiated approach to AF treatment… combining advanced engineering, procedural efficiency, and real clinical impact that leading physicians are already beginning to adopt. Within a rapidly evolving therapy space, you’ll be joining a well-capitalized organization at a pivotal stage where early clinical hires play a direct role in shaping adoption, feedback loops, and long-term success. This is not a traditional “case coverage” role. You’ll be: Supporting complex AF ablation procedures Training physicians and lab staff Driving site activation and early adoption Working closely with leading EPs and key accounts Providing direct input into product development as the platform scales Responsibilities Covering a high-priority East Coast territory (Northeast focus: NY, PA, NJ, MA, MD), you’ll work across major EP centers, with national travel during the initial rollout phase. You’ll operate within a tight, collaborative clinical team, often supporting cases in tandem in an environment built around execution, learning, and progression. This is a role for clinicians who want more than routine case support.
