Machinist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, or grinders. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets for optimal performance. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency. Maintain machines, tools, and work area to ensure safety and functionality. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools. Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming. Ability to operate and adjust various CNC machines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience.
