Position
The Upfit Mechanic is a hands-on role that preps chassis, installs electrical systems and accessories, and supports overall vehicle assembly.
Responsibilities
- Chassis for truck body installation
- Install bodies, bumpers, wiring, and accessories per specs
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Support team goals with flexibility and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read and use a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Experience in manufacturing, auto body, mechanical work, or service tech roles preferred
- Basic wiring knowledge (cutting, stripping, connecting wires)
