Position Summary We are seeking a talented Lateral Associate Attorney to join our Construction Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑exposure cases with an experienced team serving a diverse client base in the construction and insurance industries. Salary: $130,000 – $165,000 per year. Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters. Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in). 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for construction, general liability, or insurance defense. Strong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
