TAP is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Technicians. No clinical experience required— training provided!
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients in home, school, and community settings
- Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis de-escalation
- Document client progress and maintain safety
- Help clients build daily living and coping skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
Preferred:
- Experience in mental health, caregiving, or education
