Overview District Manager At Café Zupas, we serve house-made and globally-inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts in our next generation kitchens. Life as a District Manager: Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team Build a bench of future leaders Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants Be good to others. Be good to yourself! Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is: 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience Available to work a five-day set schedule Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader Enthusiastic, positive, and driven Enjoys a fast-paced environment Adaptable to new processes and systems Become part of a collaborative group that values teamwork above all else.
