Service Lead - Rodeo Drive

Summary The Service Lead oversees client service and daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. Acts as a point of contact for clients and supports coaching and development of sales associates. Works closely with store management to maintain visual standards and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and mentor sales associates to deliver personalized client service and achieve sales targets. Manage client appointments, VIP service, and after-sales support to build lasting relationships. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards on the sales floor. Support inventory control, cash handling, and daily opening and closing procedures. Assist management with reporting, scheduling, and floor operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clienteling experience.
