- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Support audits, tax preparation, and special projects as needed
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience with construction ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with both financial and operational teams
