Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Agent, Joe Nachbaur is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Assess clients' insurance needs by gathering relevant information about their vehicles, homes, and personal circumstances.
• Explain different insurance policies, coverage options, and terms to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide personalized insurance quotes and recommend suitable auto and home insurance products.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage policy renewals and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes affecting auto and home insurance.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to facilitate smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance agency or company.

Qualifications:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Jersey City, NJ & Wayne, NJ.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of William Paterson University.
• We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
