Social Media Evaluator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Social Media Evaluator, also known as a Search Engine Evaluator. This role focuses on reviewing and rating search results, ads, and social media content to help improve the relevance and quality of online experiences.

Responsibilities

• Review and rate search results, ads, and social media content
• Follow detailed rating guidelines and quality standards
• Evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of online content
• Provide feedback that helps improve search and recommendation systems
• Complete rating tasks accurately and on schedule
• Identify spam, low-quality, and misleading content
• Stay current on social media trends and popular culture
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of tasks
• Document evaluations clearly and thoroughly
• Meet productivity and quality targets
• Protect confidential project information
• Perform additional evaluation tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in evaluation, research, data entry, or related roles
• Active daily user of social media platforms
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines independently
• Familiarity with search engines and current online trends
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
