Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Location: Atrium Health Union Emergency Department, 36102 Atrium Health Union, Monroe, NC. Where You Will Work The Atrium Health Union Emergency Department is a 34-bed unit with an associated 10-bed Behavioral Health Holding Unit. We offer 24‑hour services supplying or providing unscheduled episodic services to patients in need of immediate or urgent medical attention. We work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver the highest quality patient care with a focus on unparalleled patient experience. Schedule Full-time Weekend nights 7p-7a (36 hours per week) Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 per hour What You’ll Do As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. At least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire. One year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
