Director, IVR & Conversational AI Product Leadership

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the IVR and voice automation roadmap and delivery.

You will own the full lifecycle from strategy to production, driving intelligent automation, LLM‑powered dialogs, and multimodal experiences across CenterWell IVR platforms. You will build and guide cross‑functional teams, partner with engineering, operations, analytics, CX and UX, and measure success via KPIs such as CSAT, deflection, and call‑efficiency improvements.
