Leading a team of Strategic Partnerships Associates, the full-time Sales Development Manager will coach, manage pipeline targets, and execute sales playbooks in a remote environment to drive growth. Key responsibilities Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of SPAs, overseeing daily activities and long-term career growth Run team cadences, including pipeline reviews, call shadowing, and performance check-ins Monitor metrics and coach the team to close gaps while partnering with Marketing and Account Executives for lead management Required qualifications 2+ years in B2B sales development, with at least 1 year of team management experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team pipeline targets Strong coaching instincts with the ability to provide actionable feedback Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms Intellectual curiosity about higher education or edtech is preferred
