Asset Protection Associate

Job Overview This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. Working in this role will involve investigating, thinking critically and working to solve complex problems. Responsibilities Investigate safety and security incidents involving associates, customers, and merchandise. Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures. Collaborate with store management to implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate incident reports and records. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (equals or exceeds the applicable minimum wage). Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
