Job Description

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and building systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks effectively.
Maintain compliance with safety and building regulations.
Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment when required.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or tenants.

A successful Maintenance Technician should have:

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong understanding of safety and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
