Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Job
Ensure customer needs are met and information communicated timely and accurately
Generate a daily / weekly shipping plan for service parts
Provide support within other areas of the department as required
Support and champion any improvement activities assigned
Maintain systems' data integrity (I.e. SAP, EDI, APPS, EDDL, Accums and Customer Portal systems)
Participate in any training and development required for this position
Ensure that all assigned KPIs are reported on time and accurately
Ensure customer demand fluctuations are reported into the management team in a timely manner to ensure operations and finance plans can be updated
Work within customer portals to maintain 100% rating
Track and report all premium/expedited freight
All other duties assigned as required to support the plant operations
Skills Preferred to Perform the Job
5+ years' experience in customer service or materials management
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Knowledge of IATF and ISO requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, ERP system (I.e. SAP)
Previous customer service experience
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
Educational Requirements
High school / GED required.
2-3 years' work experience in Logistics or Business (preferred)
