We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable team member to support our growing commercial insurance agency. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, making outbound calls, managing follow-up activities, and ensuring that opportunities and client requests are handled promptly and accurately.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands the importance of consistent communication and follow-through.

• Make outbound calls to business owners and prospective commercial clients.
• Follow up on insurance quotes, renewals, and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients.
• Schedule appointments and assist with account management activities.
• Maintain accurate records and update agency management systems.
• Gather information and documentation needed for commercial insurance submissions.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters as needed.
• Assist with policy servicing, renewals, and client retention efforts.
• Ensure all tasks, communications, and follow-ups are completed on time.
• Support agency growth through proactive prospecting and customer service.
