Key Responsibilities Of The Payroll Manager
Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert and escalation point as the Payroll Manager
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business needs and compliance requirements
Monitor payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting, resolving discrepancies efficiently
Develop, document, and enhance payroll processes to support scale and consistency
Qualifications Of The Payroll Manager
Prior experience leading payroll functions, ideally in a multi-state or complex environment
Payroll manager requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to processes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail required for success as a Payroll Manager
Proven experience working with ADP is required
