Job DescriptionDomino’s Pizza Supply Chain Center is hiring for a Production Associate. The Production Associate takes part in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough in their distribution center. Production Associates will rotate to various positions (dough maker, dough bot, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker) throughout their shift. The Production Associate also cleans and sanitizes production equipment and areas and may be cross trained to work in the warehouse or sanitation areas. Shift start times:12pm - 8:30pm Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends. OT mandatory as needed.Compensation: $24/hrResponsibilities and DutiesProduction Room and Dough ProcessingDetermine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients Ensure dough is delivered into rounderRecord batch data and maintain proofing libraryAchieve and maintain dough certificationMetal detector checkups, and dough temperature, monitoring document accordinglyChange dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS(dough bot) and ink jet, as neededCheck sifter tailings timely and recording findingsReport any irregularities to Supervisor and ManagerDough Cooler and Staging Product for ShipmentMonitor all equipment and make necessary interventions through HMI interventionsTroubleshoot automated equipment, when needed, such as stacker, dolly loader, and/or tray bufferMonitor dough temperature and metal detector checkOrganize dough according to size inside the dough coolerEnsure all print is of good quality on traysTray Wash AreaLoads trays onto conveyor for cleaningMonitor gauges and setting to ensure water pressure, water temperature, and detergent levels consistently meet company standards determined to thoroughly clean and sanitize trays, record findingsConduct titration and/or chemical testing on tray washer equipment, as neededBe able to perform interventions as needed utilizing an HMIQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Ability to work with yeast and flour products Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary Additional InformationDomino's Offers:Competitive wagesPaid Holidays and Vacation  Positive work environment  Benefits on the first day of employment!  401k matching contributions  15% off the purchase price of stock  Company bonus  Referral bonuses  Career growthDomino's provides salary and benefit information for all job postings in Washington State.
